As soon as we confirm payment we dispatch your product within 2 business days. We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. However, depending on the availability of these courier service in your area we may send your parcel through registered post.
You may track the shipping status of your order and tracking number on our website by logging into your account. 

We deliver within India only. However, you can place orders from outside India but the delivery address should be within India.

If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items. Resend request can be sent to [email protected]. Applicable charges to be borne by the customer.



All products sold on Shaan Enterprises are warranted against manufacturing defects.



You can cancel the order before the order status changed to "Processing". You just need login and use contact us form and request to cancel the order by mentioning Order ID. We will process your request and you will receive confirmation of the same through your registered email ID. Please take care before placing an order.

However, we take utmost care whether the item is perfect in all respect before dispatching. But still, if you receive items with manufacturing defects or damages in the shipping fill return form logging into your account and also send an email to [email protected] with details (order reference no., type of defects, etc.) within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept returns on the following conditions only.

Conditions for return:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.

If you find that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. And contact [email protected] with details immediately.


As soon as we receive returned items replacement will be shipped immediately if the stock is available.


If we find the product cannot be replaced then we will add the eligible amount to your store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Instructions for return:

If you are returning whole pack (order) then log-in to your account and use “Contact Us” form and request for the return with the details (Order ID, type of defects, etc.)
If you are returning a single item and not the whole pack then log-in to your account click on the “Order History". Click on the  button and you will see your order information. You can see that each product in the list has a button on the right side of it, click on it and it will redirect you to the Product Return Form. Fill the form and submit.

Note: Return is only applicable if the request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

You can now buy eGift-Vouchers ranging from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 5000/- and gift it to your loved ones on various occasions. Once you fill our form and process the payment we will send eGift –Voucher code to your desired email destination immediately. Please confirm your payment by sending an email to [email protected]. eGift-Voucher holder will then able to purchase anything on our website using this code.

eGift Voucher Terms and conditions:

  • The Shaan Enterprises eGift Voucher can only be redeemed on the website only.
  • eGift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other eGift Vouchers.
  • You can combine and redeem eGift Vouchers.
  • If the order value exceeds the eGift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid.
  • If the order value is less than the amount of eGift Voucher, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same eGift Voucher.
  • eGift Vouchers and unused portions of eGift Vouchers expire after 6 months from the date of issue.
  • eGift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit but are transferable.
  • Shaan Enterprises is not responsible if an eGift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.

Instruction to purchase eGift Voucher:

Click on the “Gift Certificate” link in the footer under “Extras” column.
Fill out the form and click “Continue”, it will be added to your shopping cart.
Checkout the shopping cart. After verifying your payment eGift Voucher will be sent to the recipient. And the status is updated in your account.

Instruction for using eGift Voucher:

After adding products to the shopping cart it shows the option “Use Gift Voucher”. Add the code received in your mail to the field and your cart is discounted.

Reward Points
Reward points are the points rewarded to you when you buy a product with rewards mentioned on it. Each reward point is equal to 1(one) Paise i.e. (100 points = 1 Re). All reward points are stored under your account. You can redeem these points against the products displayed with “price in reward points”.  

Instructions to redeem your reward points

Add products to the shopping cart displayed with price in reward points. On shopping cart, you can see the options to use the available reward points. Use this option and your cart will be deducted by that amount.
You can check your reward points by Logging in to your account click on the “Your Reward Points” link. You will be redirected to the page where all the details of your reward points are available.
